  3. Is there a new updated list of schools that offer this scholarship or is this list up to date? I am planning on going to Indiana State University and I do not see them listed.

  6. I am very curious as to why Texas A&M does not offer this scholarship. It is weird, considering A&M is a military/agg based college. If anyone has info on this, pls let me know.

    1. It is really the Laverne Noyes Scholarship that chooses the eligible school. I would figure out who administers this scholarship and ask them how the list is determined.
